The firm is dedicated to the success of its clients, through the recruitment of executives in higher education, to include presidents, members of their senior management teams, deans and directors. Frank Shannon III, the firm principal, has experience in higher education that spans 21 years. A native Texan, Frank served three institutions of higher learning, including Texas A&M, his alma mater, Mississippi State University, and The Citadel.
