  1. a. Bronze – we provide consulting services to your in-house search committee, assuring objectivity on the part of the work of the committee, and keeping it on track to assure achievement of the goal, on time.
  2. b. Silver – we will identify names of potential candidates and allow the client’s in-house process to do the contacting, interviewing, evaluating, background and reference checks.
  3. c. Gold – we research, contact, qualify and interview potential candidates before presenting to the client and follow through with the complete orchestration of on-site interviews, campus and area visits, follow-up visits with spouse when appropriate, background and reference checks and assist with the contract negotiations with the final candidate(s).
