RECENT EDUSEARCH PLACEMENTS

University of Southern Mississippi

Vice President for Advancement
David Wolf

“Frank Shannon’s ability to communicate and maintain integrity throughout the process aids both the job seeker and the job placer. I asked eduSearch to be our search consultant for our recent Director of Development search for our College of Business based on my own personal experience of being the aided by their organization as a job candidate. I knew that I would be provided a well conceived plan, a candidate list of quality people who each would bring special talents to our team and the ability to negotiate through a consultant which alleviates the uncomfortable discussion of securing the right person within our budget. “

UNC had a very select criteria they were looking for and eduSearch came and found me to fill the need. The other half of the match was that the marriage aligned with my long-term career goals. You seemed to pull off the impossible: perform the balancing act of representing both the university and me at the
same time. Bravo!”
